Context
Bellbite is one of our own products: food ordering that happens entirely inside WhatsApp and Telegram. It’s built for UK restaurants, dark kitchens and food vendors who want a frictionless order channel without asking customers to download an app.
Challenge
App-based ordering adds friction: downloads, sign-ups and yet another icon. Small food businesses need to meet customers where they already are, take orders and payment reliably, and avoid heavy third-party commissions.
Approach
We built a conversational ordering experience on the messaging platforms customers already use. Menus, ordering and payment all happen in-chat, with the operational tooling vendors need behind the scenes.
Solution
Customers browse menus, place orders and pay entirely within WhatsApp or Telegram, with no download required. The result is a low-friction order channel that’s fast to set up for restaurants and dark kitchens.
